I'm going to probley feel like such a BONE HEAD of asking this... What the heck does NSV stand for?? I see it all over MFP posts =)

    Don't feel bad! I almost had to ask what TOM stood for earlier before common sense kicked in from what I was reading!!

    Don't feel like a bonehead, I think that everyone that is new has wondered that and many (including me) asked the same question in the forum.

    I think we all have asked that question. I did, and I also asked about tom... we never called it that in Cali... but now that you know lets see what NSV you have had this month everyone... do you remember your first?
    Mine was last month, it was laundry day and all my jeans were dirty.... so.... i pulled out an old pair and they fit... well enough that I was able to do laundry in them, they were still a little to tight, but now my other ones have to be dried on high :)

    Also this week I have gone all week with out a soda :)

    I didn't know what any of them mean (except for bump) but i also didn't realise that was what this post was about so bonus! does that count as a NSV since I stumbled on this by accident? lol well its a small victory for me :P

    SW: Starting Weight (not single white)
