I used to use this app and it was very helpful. I got down to 100 from 130 about a year and a half ago. I'm back up to 123 and hope to get down to 97 (my lowest healthy weight in my BMI range). I don't exactly do everything the healthy way (I restrict) but I'm determined to get there!
