The title says it all every time I've used MFP it has worked for me, but I've never took it all the way to my goal this time there is no stopping me. I'm looking for more friends because I lost most of my old ones feel free to add me.

    You should add me! I've been able to lose over 110lbs with MFP over the last 2 years and I now feel great. I still have a bit to go. I'd love to cheer you on!

    I don't know if you can see my history but, I've been on MFP since ~2012... I kept losing and gaining more, losing and gaining more... Now I'm "really ready" to lose it, and I also have over 100lbs to lose! I'd love to share the journey and cheer you on! :smiley:
