losing weight

I eat during the day every 3 to four hrs ... But I work 7 pm to 7 am how do I manage this so I lose weight.. Normally I eat at 12 which is my break and u don't eat again until I get my sleep? Any suggestions?

Meal timing isn't key to losing weight. You can stagger meals and snacks out however you like.0

When counting calories meal timing is irrelevant for weight loss. Eat when you have time to eat. Try to make sure you're eating enough to get you to the next time you can eat while staying within your daily calorie goal.0

Eat when you want. Meal timing/frequency, unless under medical necessity (i.e. diabetics) is personal preference.0
