Started this today

So just logged my first day of eating. Any friends to help keep me on track are surely welcome. I workout doing crossfit usually 4 to 5 times a week, my downfall is just my diet.

    Welcome to the boards! Yes, I cannot count the times I have burned maybe 400 calories exercising only to come home and pig out on an 800-calorie binge. I'll send you a friend request.
