Aim to loose 70lbs in 8 Months Add & Help!

I've set a wedding date for September 2016, I want to loose 70lbs which works out at around 1.8lbs per week which is well within a heatlhy amount to loose, along with an amount which is realistic without being disheartened. But I'm lacking friends and encouragement, previoulsy when loosing weight i found it beneficial when people were also be working out on my news feed, see what other people were eating but all my MFP friends seem to have not logged in for a while so I'm seeing the whole logging thing a little well pointless.

I'm weighing in every wednesday, using the turbo trainer on my road bike and just generally cutting out crap. I work on the road so was eating mcdonalds/kfcs and drinking fizzy drinks daily.

Next weigh in day is tomorrow, I'm trying to eat 1200 calories a day, keeping my 500-800 work out calories as just extra but not using.

Anyway send me an add and a little message let me know what your up to, eating, activities to loose weight etc
