I love listening to my Pandora online station created to the Black Eyed Peas...you can find all kinds of music by creating any kind of music station based on an artist or a genre.

My favourite tracks (the ones that keep me moving faster, at any rate) on my current running playlist are by Pendulum, Turisas, Dark Tranquillity, Three Daft Monkeys, Bad Religion, Editors and Lady Gaga, but I'm just about to take the new Alestorm album to the gym with me.

I use Pandora as well! I set a station for "Jason Derulo" and i tend to get a lot of great up-beat songs to use =)

    Pantera - 5 Minutes Alone
Moby - Alone (great to run to excellent rhythm)
Voodoo & Serano - Blood Is Pumpin
    Rammstein - Buck Dich
    *Crystal Method - Cherry twist
    Crystal Method - Busy Child
    Rammstein- Du Hast
    Pantera - ****ing Hostile
    Sean Paul - Get Busy
Moby - Bring Sally up (great to slow down the treadmill and increase to max elevation!!!!)
    Damian Marley - Jamrock
    *Sevendust - Pieces
    Ramstein- Ich Will
    PPK- Revolution
Prodigy - Smack my ***** Up

Having returned from the gym, I can confirm that the latest Alestorm album, Back Through Time, is excellent cardio music, with the exception of Barrett's Privateers. :D

The most helpful song on my playlist today (seriously helped me push through those last fifteen minutes of a forty minute interval elliptical session): "Bounce That" -- Girl Talk

Girl Talk is so great b/c the song changes in the mash up and you can't get bored!

Other favorites (* = super favorites):

    Hypnotize -- Notorious B.I.G.
*Running Your Mouth -- Notorious B.I.G.
Party in the USA vs. Party and Bull**** -- Miley Cyrus vs. Notorious B.I.G.
*Alors on danse (Remix) -- Stromae (feat. Kanye West)
    *Power -- Kanye West
Scenario -- A Tribe Called Quest
*Seven Nation Army -- The White Stripes
*Blue Orchid -- The White Stripes
    Monster -- Kanye West
    *No Pause -- Girl Talk
    Human -- The Killers
This Is Your Life -- The Killers
*Play Your Part (Pt. 1) -- Girl Talk
Show Me What You Got -- Jay-Z
*Walkin' On The Moon -- The-Dream
*Hands In The Air -- Girl Talk
    Seventeen Years -- Ratatat
    Sunday Bloody Sunday -- U2

    Enjoy :)

I have found 3Oh!3 to be very good to work out to. Also, The Noisettes, some Duffy, Mohombi, and Shakira are just a few others on my playlist.
