I did them! All 200 of them!
OUCH! My calf muscles are already sore, but at least I know I did them right!
I did the first 100 without any arm motion at all and the second 100 I added two cans of Progressive Soup to the mix. haha.
It was brutal the last couple of them, but I'm proud of myself and I'll stretch out a bit now!0 -

Did 200 in 4 sets of 50 while standing at register at work. May try to do some step ones later.0

Didn't quite make it to 200 =( i had a busy day filled with classes and finishing a 10pg paper but i did manage to 4 sets of 25 @ level 2, so i am proud of myself! Next week I will aim for more!0

didn't finish till after midnight when i got home from work. got some done there-but not enough. eventually gottem in!!0
