Upcoming Wedding

I'm trying to get somewhat in shape for my wedding in July.
I can't loose too much weight or my dress won't fit.
I want to tone up my arms, and lose a little back fat lol and I could tone up my tummy I don't think that will mess with my dress too much.

However following this diet plan is difficult for me, because I need salt in order for the blood to pump like it should.
See, I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) plus I have Fibromyalgia so because of my health, exercise is difficult.

Any brides out there to lend some advice would be appreciated!

What plan are you following? And how much sodium do you need a day?

Do you use regular salt (like morton's) or sea salt? There is a big difference on how it affect the body...both are sodium, but regular salt is cooked with some other chemicals that are harsh on the body. Look it up.

...and congrats...you are gonna be a beautiful bride!

It sounds to me like you're saying you don't want to lose weight, you want to lower your body fat percentage. Have you looked into a strength training regimen to accomplish this? While free weights and compound movements are generally accepted as the "best" way to go about it, if you have limitations, you might look into using weight machines at your gym to better support your body while doing them. Be sure to eat enough protein, too, so you can get the results you want.
