I am, but I am kinda new to it. So, no idea how accurate this thing is so far. But, just put it in the effort and stick to your goal, and you will make it. Goodluck! (:0

Hi! I've been using my Fitbit for over a year now and I don't know where I'd be without it! Make sure all your details are correct (weight, height, age, sex etc) and while you exercise, eat and sleep, this app and the Fitbit will work together to help you reach your goal! If you have the Fitbit Flex model or above then make sure you are logging your sleep, it will massively benefit you in the long run. I also advise that you download the Fitbit app if you haven't already, it's extremely useful and helps you to know your daily achievements so far (how far off your goal you are, how far you've walked etc.) and all in all is a great motivator! I am currently a user of a Fitbit Flex but I love it so much I'm desperately looking into getting the Charge HR (I'm a bit of a fitness freak) to help me track my heart rate through all the exercise I do.
Good luck with your journey and I hope its successful!0 -
I want to get a Fitbit, are there more than one kind? My co worker wears the wristband. She loves it! The cost kind of scares me if it turns out it's not for me.0

I am now a Garmin vivosmart user, but I will say that you should join the fitusers group mentioned above and also the app that Fitbit uses is far best the best app for weight loss out there.
My band broke so I got a garmin but I am no longer loosing weight so it fits my exercise purposes perfectly but still does allow me to track calories (it just does not focus on calories alone)..0 -

Hi, Thank you for the advice. I'm using Fitbit flex as well. I got it in February, used it for a month and a half and stopped. Started again now. This is my 3rd day.

There are so many in the market. Mine is Fitbit flex which is basic model. I bought it for $120 in Australia. It might be a little cheaper in USA.

I have just switched to fitbit, and already I'm wondering why I didn't own one before now. I have a Charge HR, because I do a lot of Gym work too, so I need a more accurate calorie burn, but also to be clued in on how much my fitness is improving.
I'm chuffed. If you want a fitbit friend, this is my link... //www.fitbit.com/user/3SQBL90 -
I put mine back on for the first time in a couple months today, hoping it keeps me more accountable. Feel free to add me.0

You are more than welcome! I've used mine as I said for over a year without fail (except one time I lost it for a week... I went insane without it!) Best of luck with your journey. With the flex I've found it very useful that if it comes to a time where wearing the band isn't possible (it's broke or it won't go with your outfit etc.) that keeping it in your shoe/sock is extremely helpful and works!! I do this for football matches as we aren't allowed anything on our wrists or any kind of jewellery so keeping it in my sock allows me to track my movement without anyone knowing! Post your Fitbit profile and I'll add you (always a good way to keep up with it)... I'd post mine but I have no idea how to!0 -

Hey, I'm confused as well. I know how to add friends to my Fitbit app , by using the email id. But the Fitbit profile thingy, confusing.
