Well ive lost 2st on the rosemary conley diet over the past 10mths but i am struggling to shift one last stone! i have been advised to write everything down this week (as ive put a couple lb back on) but i just dont have the time so scanning everything i eat and keeping track of my calories is so easy with MyFitnessPal
I have upped my exercise the past few weeks and its been suggested that muscle mass is the reason for the weight gain but i dnt know how to continue losing weight too!
Dont suppose anyone has any tips or comments for me??

Keep doing what you are doing. I agree about this site i've the app on my bb and am always adding and checking. Best line I've seen is i am not on a diet just tracking everything that goes past my teeth. Best of luck! If you want to add me go ahead the biggest motivation i have just realised is being accountable. And now that I've got friends here I want to do better.

Do not worry so much about your muscle mass ok because you need it to burn fat. but just do less weights and more reps that might help. OMG.... today is my first day and am so excited about losing some more weight. Anyway I wish you the best and don't give up ok. Mary!0

Hey Mary well the exercise im doing is walking! ive gone from about an hr a week to about 6/8 hrs a week.. its defo taking its toll on my leg muscles lol x0
