hi everyone
I'm after some inspiration on food ideas so want to share calendars. I'm eating around 1600 cals. I'm 5"10, currently 162lbs and looking to drop to 147lbs. Anyone similar out there?

Hi! I'm 5'11", currently 171lbs & my goal atm is 154 lbs. I've been using MFP (this time) for about 3 weeks. I started at 180lbs. My daily calorie limit is 1200 cals, so I usually eat around 1500-1600 & work off the 300-400 at the gym or walking.
Over the last week I've been really disappointed as I've been within my calorie (which is set at losing 2lbs/week) limit but I've gained weight!
Since we are of such a similar height and weight and have similar goals, maybe we could have a little competition or something to help motivate each other?

5'9.5" here. Sitting at about 153 and looking to get to 135-140ish then recomp. I started at about 174lbs back in May, and have been maintaining the last month to take a break. Now cracking down to lose those last few pounds. Feel free to add me if you'd like. :)

I'd love to keep up to date with you! 9lbs in 3 weeks is incredible!!! I've been going up and down by 15 lbs for the last three years and would love to actually get to my target this time and stay there!

5'10, 153. Looking to get back to 147. In 2011-2012 went from 193-143, and I've been maintaining within 10lbs of that every since. 147 is my "happy weight" but my body likes to be more around 155. It's a daily fight! LOL

Hi! I am 6' tall, currently consuming 1670 calories. Focusing on building upper body strength. I do a lot of cycling so the 'top' tends to get ignored in the summer time. My food diary is open if you care to add me, feel free. Good luck on your journey.

Yay for us tall girls! I'm 5'10" and currently at 160 which is my highest weight in years but looking to get back to 140 which I was happily maintaining until around 18 months ago when I stopped exercising regularly. At my lowest I was 135 but felt that was a little too skinny for my frame. Doing weight training as well as running this time around which has definitely made a difference. Feel free to add :)
