I'm not new to MFP, but slacked off and couple of years ago. I've been back and dedicated since September and I'm down 18 pounds. I want more friends on here for accountability, encouragement....not to only receive but give as well. This is a lifestyle overhaul for me not a passing fad. I want to live a quality life not for a smaller pair of jeans (necessarily, lol). Feel free to send a friend request.
