Time to change

Hi, I've recently rejoined fitness pal as I'm so depressed with my weight, I've tried weight watchers before and been successful and also tried slimming world but money is tight at the moment so thought this may be a good way to go forward and to teach me more about calories. Can anyone give me some tips.. I've got 2 stone to get rid of. Want to feel and look good about myself again

Isn't weight watchers just a system of points for different food items? It seems like this is similar to counting calories? Use MFP to log your calories and buy a food scale to measure all your food. When I first started using MFP I didn't have a food scale and was estimating everything which I learned later I was really off.0 -

I have have the aim of 30lbs before im 30 gives me 21 weeks.

I planned on losing in time for my 30th and I'm now 4 months passed being 30 and want to make changes and teach my daughters to be happy with themselves.
Yes weight watchers is a points system and you get allocated so man points daily based on your weight but you have to convert everything from calories, sat fat etc to points.0
