I'm going back to my French way of living, buying a day at a time. And I won't go down the aisles, which is where all the fun..I mean bad...stuff is.

So, you're looking at veggies, fish, meat. Simple really.

    Spinach
    Mushrooms
    Salad
    Strawberries
    Tomatoes
    Cucumber
    Celery
    Carrots
    Whole Wheat Bread
    Natural Peanut Butter
    Canned Tuna
    Yogurt
    1% Milk
    Fat free pudding cups
    Fat free cool whip

I usually try to stick with the outside aisles as much as possible. I try to avoid processed foods as much as possible.
