When you have a cold

I definitely am feeling down because I have been sick with a stomach virus since Monday:'( .Trying to think of how to keep myself from being negative. I do not want to quit what my aerobics instructor has helped me become... However I need to figure a way to try and feel healthier until I am better enough to go for a jog.

    Sorry you aren't feeling well, I also had a nasty stomach virus over the weekend, thankfully on my rest day. Are you still sick now? If so, drink as many fluids as you can as well as some G2 (the light Gatorade). Stick as closely to your diet as possible. I had chicken broth, some crackers, and just lots and lots of water and G2. Once all your symptoms are gone, you're good to go back to exercise but take it easy the first day or two.

    Yes, but I'm starting to get an appetite again. So just trying to get hydrated.
