Back in 2011 I lost pretty close to 40 pounds in 4 months, following Weight Watchers and walking ALOT. It was great, I felt great and swore that I'd never go back I didn't gain it all back but I have gained about 15 pounds back. I still feel great, I still walk and I still watch what I eat but I'm not going to the extreme that I did back then. I've tried a few times since to get back into WW and for whatever reason I just can't. I finally got tired of paying for WW and not using it, hence the reason that I am here.

The only advise that matters is setting your calorie deficit to 2lb/week and making sure you are active enough that you can get sufficient nutrition (which means eating at least 1200 calories/day). You should also lift weights to prevent muscle loss.

I've lost 20lb in 2 months before by eating at a 2lb/week deficit (obviously I lost slightly more) by using this app.

Now, if it'll be healthy for you or not is a different question. Are you over 200lb? If not, that is probably too aggressive of a goal. Medical recommendation is to target 1-2lb a week or 1% of your weight per week as a maximum safe rate of loss.

I've lost 18.6 in 7 weeks doing LCHF, and I find it super easy to eat this way because I like ski on chicken and fat on beef helps me do good on it, I think. SW 194 CW 175

I dropped 80 pounds in 8 months, it's very possible you just have to be dedicated. The most important part in my opinion is knowing that you need a lifestyle change not a diet or the weight will just keep dropping and coming right back after you go back to your routine
