Hey Everyone! :)

So, I'm kinda nervous writing this, but I'm ready to share my story. In the past I crashed dieted, lost a lot of weight and then binged and binged and binged and the weight piled back on (long story short). I still have issues with emotional eating and binging until I can't binge no more. I've used this website in the past, and enjoyed it until things got out of hand. But I'm back now and believe I'm in the right mind set to loose this weight I have been carrying for too long THE RIGHT WAY. I would love some support on this journey, thanks for reading!
