Guess who's back...back again! (249.1 lbs)

Hello everyone! My name is Jessica, and I've been trying to lose weight for years...and I did, back in 2013, I was 201lbs, and I knew that I had to make a change because I was horrified.
Anywho, I eventually went down to 165lbs, and boy, was I over the moon! I felt comfortable, and I got very positive comments about my weight loss, because, for once--something was working! And then, all of the sudden, I was in two bad relationships back-to-back, I lost track of myself, and food became my number one friend, and it still is... only this time, I am a whopping 249.1lbs... I can feel it, I can see it.
I am so tired, I can barely breathe... I am an honest joke. I feel so miserable, I never take pictures anymore, and I've lost all confidence.
But this time, I am back, and I am determined! Please, if you'd like to be friends add me, I am looking to lose 100 pounds!

Best of luck to you I know you can do it! I'm in a similar boat I lost 20 lbs in 2012 and have gained back double that mostly due to stress and depression. Food has always been my comfort as well whether unhappy or just bored- so I understand!0

I can relate - I have lost and gained and lost and gained. Food is my emotional outlet too - often times when I don't even realize I am upset or stressed.
I am back on MFP trying to get back on track and in a healthy routine.
