I am stuck!!

Well today I kind of cheated! I didn't take the phen today and I didn't pretty good for the most part haven't lost or gained seemed to be stuck at 185. I am starting my walking at night tomorrow hopefully that will help.

    Plateaus are frustrating but normal. Changing something up like changing your exercise routine or exercise intensity (intervals)typically helps. Changing up what you eat can also help if you been in a food rut.

    YEAH AGREE TO" BIKE TOURER "TO PLATEAUS ARE FRUSTRATING YET NORMAL Continue your usually workouts and try to incorporate some high intense workouts for short period of times 5to 25mins ..Ex: Walk for 40secs sprint or jog for 20sec until you reach a mile or how ever long distant you do or jump jacks , burpees,running in place , squat thrusts, high knees,jump rope, and try internet for some ideas.
