Lifting once a week?

Hey! I had been taking my daughter to the gym with me doing StrongLifts 5x5, but her school/dance schedule does not allow for weekday sessions now.
I want to bring her on the weekends, but not sure what her routine should look like on a 1/week schedule.
Any advice?

If she's doing stronglifts, just follow the routine. She won't advance nearly as much, but she shouldn't rush it... just follow it as indicated and deload when needed/indicated.0

How old is your daughter? A 5x5 program may not be in her best interest if she is younger.0

Don't know 5x5 program, but once a week workouts need to obviously be full body workouts.0

She's 15, 5'5" and 145 lbs.... No longer child sized Her doctor is on board with a progressive lifting program. Just want to maximize the use of the time...if I have her follow the SL workouts she'll only be doing each of the lifts (except squats) twice a month.
I was thinking of having her do the 5 lifts every week, but wasn't sure if it would make sense to add anything else in.
Her goals are primarily strength based. She's not ready to make the necessary dietary changes to affect body composition.0
