I'm also new and interested in moral support. Instead of thinking I need to lose 50 lbs which sounds like a daunting task; I think small steps will be easier. One day at a time, simply put today limit sugar intake. What is your goal today?

    Hello Kim I am also new to MFP. I have almost 150 pounds to lose. I love you statement one day at a time. For me I have been taking it one meal at a time. It's the best I can do at the moment. Once I get that tackled I will kick it up a notch or two :). Have a wonderful day.
