Snowflake u nailed it! I don't enjoy fish, I was eating it twice a week and when your hungry u will eat anything, I over did it. Now I can't even smell it. I am totally honest on my diary, my yogurt is greek yogurt and my protein bars I was told were ok by someone else, so I trusted them. I didn't feel attacked so much just, misunderstood. I do appreciate anyone who tries to help and thats why I put the question or subject out there. There are people who say "moderation" there are people who are much more strict when given advise. I don't want to gain and I am truly looking for balance with out eating the same stuff example fish anymore. I know its not in my diary because thats how I lost 92 lbs in the first place being very restrictive. I wasn't on MFP a year ago.

If you have lost that much so recently, then maybe you need to give yourself a break? Try to find your maintenance for a bit, try to figure out how to eat things you like and not gain. Even if you do have some more lbs to lose to get to goal weight, there is no rule you absolutely must do it now. You have already done the hard work, no need to stress too much about the last lbs.

Thank you for all your imput, I think for me its the "fear" of being obese again, and that is what makes me crazy...btw beano doesn't work, and I have been in the fetal position in pain from stupid gas, no fun! Mainly broccoli and cauliflower. ..:/

    Broccoli makes me lethal.
So I only eat it on rare occasions.

Find the greens you CAN eat with little to no impact and load up on those. I can do the California blend (less brocolli) probably b/c it's a variety blend... and green beans and carrots and corn.

But a whole plate of broccoli will make me drive ME out of the room. (LOL at "vegetable medley at a restaurant- it's like 2 carrots 1 cauliflower and all broccoli)

Find the ones you can eat and stick with them. it's possible.

you can eat red meat and pork chops and chicken...no food in and of itself causes you to put on fat. you're going to have natural spikes and fluctuations in your weight...body weight isn't static...you will always have fluctuations due to water retention/release, more/less waste in your system from previous weigh in, etc...that's why looking at trends is important.

I eat a lot of fish...I eat a lot of chicken...I eat meat (pork or beef) at least a couple times per week...i lost weight doing so and have maintained weight doing so.

weight management is about energy (calories), not whether or not you're eating this or that or not eating that or this.

The calorie intake needed to achieve a certain goal weight, and the foods you choose to reach that calorie intake are two completely different things.

You should choose the foods you enjoy and which help you meet other health goals you might have apart from weight. Some folks choose low carb, some choose low fat, some choose "the same but less" approach, some choose "Mediterranean", some choose "vegan", some choose "gluten free". They'll all get you to the same goal weight as long as you stick to your calorie target, but choosing one which makes you feel good about yourself will help you stick with it in the long term.

Find meats that you like to prepare: hamburger, small sirloin steak, chicken thighs, ham, ground turkey, bacon.
    Also peanuts or peanut butter.
