Anyone else feeling blah today?

I'm not sure why, but I just feel like a total blob today. Maybe because I didn't get enough sleep. But it's making me want to binge eat and snack like crazy. I'm determined to not let it get to me. I'm munching on an orange to curb the cravings. I thought about working out today but I pushed pretty hard yesterday and have another big workout day planned tomorrow so I don't want to push it when I'm already sore.
Days like this make it hard to stay motivated. But I am determined to not let one blah day bring me down! Who's with me?

I'm the same here, my alarm went off a 5:50am to go to the gym and I stopped it and went back to bed, got up a hour later and off work, now if feel sluggish and hungry even through I ate breakfast and just had my snack. Stay strong girl we can do this!0

I feel the same but unlike you, I have binged! And it just makes you feel worse! So from someone who's just travelled the road you're trying to avoid: steer clear! It's not pretty. You can do it!! Stay on track0

Totally blah today. Stressed to the max, feeling down, trying to resist eating everything in my desk and guzzling pop. Even made myself a special coffee to try to get rid of the desire to snack on junk food but it didn't help.
We can do it though. I just keep trying to push myself to last another 30 mins. Then another 30 mins, and so on.0 -
