Back to it!!

After 3 solid years of working out and mostly healthy eating, I quit the gym for 6 months after suffering a back injury. Work stress and a general feel sorry for myself attitude along with just not giving a crap has finally come to an end. I have had enough of that phase and ready to get back to what is healthy for my body, makes me happy and helps me focus on the positive aspects of life.

I have no idea why I stopped but this new fatter and easily winded version of myself is just not working out for me.

    good job. keep at it. i fell off the wagon for six years instead of six months. been back at it for three weeks and feel fantastic.
