Hello everyone I'm new to the group and would need lots of support. I never stick to my diet or exercise plans and I'm sure I have fellow comrades here. What do guys think of yoga/Pilate's. Are they best or should I include cardios?

You should do whatever exercise you think you'll stick with.
What are your goals?

Do start slow. Remember house work can be exercise. I have been on here almost a month. Dance like no one is watching. Walking at a fast pace is really good. You are worth all the work you put into you health. Diets never work,Lifestyle changes do. When I am cooking I always have a salad. fruit, or vegetable to munch on while I cook I eat and drink water. Then when sit down to eat I just naturally am not starving. The doctors say it takes 20 minutes for our brain tells us we are full. Of course I am one of those people that has a huge appetite. So I have to think of different ways to beat this weight.0
