New to the app but not the struggle

Im 20yrs from montreal quebec weigh in at roughly about 200 pounds i cant work out cuz i sufer from chronic pain as a result of scoliosis so try n watch what i eat but i end up just watching myself eat.Im really bad at dieting

    Exercise is only one part of equation. A very small one. Diet can account up to 70-80% of the weight loss. I pinched my back nerve this summer, completely stopped exercising for two months, but drastically reduced my calorie intake. Result? I lost even more pounds than before, when I exercised.
