Are there any products you use to help aid in your weight loss? Herbalife, Advocare, appetite suppressants, teas, etc.

If there were, no one would ever be fat. Just saying.0 -
Have you tried Caloric Deficit?0

Nope, not yet.
The problem with supplements (vs. drugs) is they are not government regulated. Advertisers can claim whatever they want.
Meal replacements (Herbalife) "aid" in weight loss by making it easier to count calories. The problem with meal replacements though is you don't learn anything about real food. I got fat eating real food.....my portions were too big. MFP (My Fitness Pal) is a great tool for learning about your habits, and figuring out what needs to change.0 -

I use my phone with the MFP app and my gym equipment.
A food scale and good set of measuring cups/spoons are also very handy products to have.0 -
This really works but mainly it improves my fitness and mood.

In my experience.....no. Over the years, I tried a few different things like Hydroxycut, Green Tea supps, 14 day cleanses, etc. None of them worked and I finally accepted the fact that weight loss is on me and me alone. Diet and exercise are still "suggested" with these products, so might as well dig in and do it without putting unnecessary stuff in your body.0

Again with the Thrive. Over priced Snake oil at its worst. It's against the ToS to peddle crap here.0

No pills, supplements, wraps, shakes, teas. Just a calorie deficit.
I use My Fitness Pal. I eat the calories it tells me to eat. I log everything I consume in my food diary.
I exercise moderately.
I eat regular food and drink mostly water or unsweetened tea. Not special tea for weight loss. I like mint or cinnamon apple spice.

The Tarmac is a much better weight loss aid.0 -
I use exercise to aid in my weight loss.0

Yes, ice cream aid, potato chips aid, and anything else I want in the appropriate quantities. It is all about calorie restriction, not food restriction, or supplements/aids .0

A great weight-loss aid is a positive mind-set0

Waste of time and money.0

The OTC pills that work are always pulled from the market because they're dangerous.
If you want a prescription drug, speak to your doctor.0 -

My weight loss aids: a kitchen scale, a bathroom scale, my fitbit, a treadmill, a bike, the ability to read and learn about nutrition, a kitchen with working appliances. That's pretty much it.0

Ditto. And it's the best way because supplements/aids/drugs whatever CANNOT be taken for the rest of your life. However, developing a healthy relationship with food and training your brain to see smaller portion sizes as normal and huge ridiculous ones as "crazy" is more forever than diamonds.0
