Ok so I've always struggled with weight. Finally I decided to join a gym and eat healthy. I went from 189 to 113 in less than a year. I maintained then started gaining! No mater what I did I would continue to gain! Found out hubby and I were expecting!! I was up to 200 at giving birth! Now I'm 4months pp and at 165. I really wanto be at least 120 again! It's do hard this time around tho. I eat and exercise again it's been three weeks since I've been back in the gym! Any advice or tips to help me get my success back?!?!?

You look great now, and thought it feels harder this time, you'll make it.

You look amazing! I noticed that when I lost all my weight I was consistently logging my foods and working out 5-6 days a week and like magic it melted off. I had a baby last year and the last 10lbs are so stubborn! Good luck - you did it before you can do it again!0

You look great. Keep tracking, stay under your calories, and it will come off over time. You'll get there.0

Get a really great trainer who knows nutrition and lift weights! Muscle burns twice as many calories and you burn calories up to 48 hours after a weight lifting session. And remember, go easy on yourself, you just had a baby ♡0
