Hello everyone my name is Amanda and I wanted to see if there is anyone else in the Reno area that would like to start a support group! We could meet every once in a while (2 weeks or maybe once a month) and talk about our weightloss, share recipes, group activities like 5ks or hikes, or go to festivals etc. Let me know and I can make a group on here or maybe a facebook page :)
