I'm not new, just getting back on track.. im looking for more friends to encourage and support. Im mary from Reno Nevada, ive got between 35-40 pounds go :)

    Hello......I'm getting back on the long lost track, as well!!!! I've got 30 to 40 to lose too! On day three, of this and day 4 of quitting smoking and hasn't been too bad!!!! Although ya might want to ask those around me!! Lol
