This has been a tough week. I think I'm gonna get all doughnuts this week on my challenge

    Yes I'm having a tough week too. Friend got a terrible cancer diagnosis. Feeling bleak. Still walking a lot. Ate fish & chips as a cheat, but it fit in my calories just not my macros. Some weeks are just hard, period. Keep moving, the scenery will change.
