    you look amazing, although you looked amazing before as well. I can see the difference and I have to agree with you 100% on the mental aspect of working out. I think that I am addicted to the gym more because of how I actually feel when I leave then I do about what I really look like. Great Job, you look fabulous!

    Wow great job!! And that's what I tell myself, just take 1 day at a time. If we look at the overall picture, some times it does get a little overwhelming, but just 1 day at a time and before you know it, it will be 365days behind you. Keep up the great work!
