Was feeling bad because I am still up around 200 lbs. but took my end of month full body progress pics and I really do carry 200 waaaayyyy better than I used to. So that made me smile!

@lilbitoftrouble I have it in my head to have ribs and abs again, and currently I have a bit of belly and love handles. So I really am only failing my own expectations. But I am trying to center myself again and be thankful for the work I have done over the last few years and appreciate I am doing alright for a middle aged guy. But thank you as always for keeping me honest!
