Sodium and fat are necessary to a healthy nutritional balance
I'm not sure if you're asking about recipes though ...if you are yes it's possible but they would not taste good0 -
Pretty much everything contains sodium naturally, so you're not going to get zero. Are you talking about an entry in the database? Because most are added by users and if they didn't put in the sodium and fat entries, they will say zero.0

why would you want to do that? Sodium and Fat are necessary for bodily functions. Fat does not make you fat, a calorie surplus does.0 -

It will just be an incorrect entry. My Dahl aare never zero salt and fat. Try scanning the bar code from the packet to get more accurate entries.0 -
The database library entries are likely incorrect. Anyone can create a food and enter it into the database.0

hold the phone peeps...
He's not asking if he CAN eat no sodium and fat, he's asking about a particular entry (one food) in the database.0 -
Someone entered this food without filling in all the entries. Subji and dal have salt and fat in them.0

THIS. It's an incorrect entry. There are dominos pizza entries with no carbs.
The database entries made by users can be nearly worthless.

(emphasis mine)
This can lead to inaccurate info as well. If you scan a barcode and the data was entered incorrectly by another user, then it's no more accurate than using the website's search.0 -
whatever entry you're looking at is an erroneous one...don't pick generic entries from the data base.0

If you enter strip steak you can pull like 5 different ones with different % the key is to do a little research of your own find an entry that is close or make your own and use it.. The app is free yes but to make it work takes a little user effort..0

It's probably an incorrect entry. There is some sodium in there.0
