You look amazing!!! Seriously, you look way better at 166 than I do at 130!
I'm technically 5'5 3/4", started at 148, currently weigh 130.5, goal weight is 120 then looking to do recomp at that point.

I am aiming to get back to 165. That will be a size 8 for me with some 6s.0

At 154 I will be out of the "overweight" BMI category, so that's my goal for now, but at 150 is when I'll actually be recalculating as I genuinely can't remember the last time I was that weight, so I'm not at all sure how I'll feel about what I see in the mirror at that point!0

I am 5'5 181 at the moment. My goal is 150-eventually I want to be 125-135-but like someone else said,I will be happy just at a healthy BMI.0

I would like to get back down to this! I took this pic about 5 years ago I held my weight steady at around 135. It was hard to maintain because I have a large frame. Now I would be fine with 140 and defined

I'm 5'5 1/2" and I'd like to get below 150 lbs. My starting weight was about 230 lbs a year ago and right now I'm around 180 lbs.0

I am 5 foot 7 and my goal is 160 which would put me wearing a size 7/8. I lift heavy so I tend to weigh more than I look. I may go another 10 pounds down to 150 but I dont know. Its a struggle. Everytime I have got down to size 6 it was almost impossible for me to maintain.0

I'm aiming for 126, since this is where I am most comfortable and perform at my best. I'm about 133-136 now.0

My body type perplexes me. I'm fairly heavy (considering the low end of the weight range for my height) and my body fat percentage and bmi are not in a great range but people usually guess that I weigh less. It makes me concerned about visceral fat (no scientific reasoning or medical issues. Lol. I figure If it's not showing on my tummy... Is it around my organs..??.gasp!!). Doctors haven't voiced a concern but still...

139 and 22% body fat (or lower). If I don't lose any of my current lean mass, that's what I'll be when I get there! However, I know these last 15 lbs. will mean a lot of boob-shrinkage. So... we'll have to see how I feel about that.0

I'm 5'6" and just starting my journey. Current weight is 206 and goal weight is 145.0

My goal is to see what 150 looks like on my frame. My sister and i have similar frames (different height but same width of hips and shoulders) and she weighs 160 and has a tummy but overall great shape. I am a bit shorter than her so I'm thinking 150 is a good number to aim for but its 100lbs away. Things may change0

I am at 155 lbs and my goal is 140, but I also want a flat stomach without losing my curvy body. Hoping I can have a flat stomach at my goal weight! At 140 I should be a size 6/7 jeans.0

I have been stuck at 150 for three months now. I was hoping to drop to 135 lbs, put it is proving to be difficult. I am in a size 8 in most clothes, and lifting, so my shape has improved. I would like to fit a size 6 comfortably or be around 22% fat. I am not sure where I am at I'm body fat at the moment.0
