What % carbs, protein, fat do you have MFP set for? (I'm an older, very active, losing weight, female...fitness trainer.)

I don't use the percentages. I have a range, 115-150 g protien, 50-75 g fat, and everything else is carbs.0

Approx 10 percent carbs, 25 percent protein, 65 percent fat.0
