If I look half as good as @mhaskins08 at 166, I think I will just stop there!0

Your goal weight really depends on your body type and muscle mass I have very big hips and a butt that won't ever disappear (even when I was 132lbs) with stronger thighs so my goal is 145-150. But if you have a smaller frame you could go smaller. At 132 I looked like a skeleton lol0

I'm 5'7" and 135 pounds. I am a size 4. I still have a lot of fat on my stomach...I'm thinking I'm going to have to get down to 125 to get rid of it. I starting lifting heavy though, so I would be ok with a recomp, staying at the same weight.0

130, started at 170, currently at 155 after 6 months and hoping to up my exercise to lose more quickly, I'm between 5'6 and 5'70

118-125 would be ideal.0

I'd love to get to 120 lbs ultimately. I'm 167 lbs currently; I've been as low as 99 lbs previously (at this height) and I just looked gaunt and sick. So I'm going to try for 120.0

I'm 37yrs old/5ft, 6in. I've been in maintenance for a little over two years now and my maintenance range is 120lbs-125lbs. Working on a bit of a weight creep right now, and today's weigh-in was 130.5lbs, the highest I've seen on the scale in over a year blech. Back at it and working towards the low 120s again.0

Except that your insurance company may still constantly be on your case to lose because you are in the overweight BMI range.0 -
happily maintaining between 160-170 for over 5 years. Flat stomach and can dead lift 245 pounds.... I was 150 when I delivered my 4th baby and looked like crap, no rear to speak of and weak little arms.0
