What exercise in the MFP database do you think would be equivalent to weed eating?

    I'm assuming you are meaning like "lawn mowing" not eating weeds :) I sat here for a second trying to figure out why you would eat weeds (sorry, mom made me do it as a kid, Dandilions make good tea).

    I don't track my daily lifestyle activities. I figure those are already account for when I answered the question about whether I was sedetary or active. If not, I would guess the equivilant would be mild walking as you are most moving slow and not really getting your heart rate up there.

    If you have a HRM - wear it, might be kind of fun to see how active you really got.

    LOL I was thinking the same thing. I am pretty sure that will add cals not reduce. (plus munchies later :laugh:)

    I grew up in a small town, so I have a bit of redneck in me. That's why I refer to it as weed eating and not weed whacking or weed whipping. :flowerforyou:
