Figured I would try to show. Here I am now and also when I was my heaviest, 46 pounds heavier than now. I came across the old photo, and I can't believe it was me in the picture. I am so thankful to have found MFP, and thankful for the friends I have made. I have been on this journey for almost a year, and have slipped quite a bit, but keep trying. I stumbled upon MFP 6 weeks ago. I read these stories on this board and so many of you are so inspiring. Thanks!
