Hello! Getting back on track!

Im back trying myfitnesspal after months of falling off track and gaining back a bunch of weight :'( Im turning 25 in a week and recently realized that I've spent the first half of my 20's obsessing about my weight and talking negatively about my body. I don't want to continue this cycle for the rest of my 20s (or life). This time around I'm going to focus on being nicer to myself while being the healthiest me I can be! I would love to make friends on here so we can support each other!
