Single serving cookware

I just bought a few stainless steel gratin dishes for cooking single servings of food. They're the perfect size for one portion and they're cheap. I got the 12 ounce size and they were about $3 each.
The benefit is I can make my food how I like it and the other members of my family can do the same.
