Single serving cookware

I just bought a few stainless steel gratin dishes for cooking single servings of food. They're the perfect size for one portion and they're cheap. I got the 12 ounce size and they were about $3 each.

The benefit is I can make my food how I like it and the other members of my family can do the same.

I got something similar last year, used it a couple times for lasagna and crustless quiche.

That is a great idea for those who have families. :)

I use glass because it goes in the microwave.

I have a tiny cast iron pan that's like 3 inches in diameter. It is perfect for making one fried egg. The eggs are perfectly round and fit just right on a biscuit!

Lol I need one of those.
