Exercise Calories?

My nutritionist told me to not add in the exercise calories into mfp. She told me that it's not good because I'll just eat them back.

MFP is designed for you to eat back your exercise calories.0

Although I don't agree with not adding them in at all, you shouldn't be eating all of them back due to inaccuracies. As stated, MFP is programmed for you to eat back exercise calories because you deficit is already included. It is recommended, however, that you eat only 50-85% of those calories that you ear through exercise because machines and MFP often overestimate a burn.0

Are you following MFP's recommendation for your calorie goal or one from your nutritionist?
If from your nutritionist did they take your exercise into account when working out your calorie goal?
(If not that's pretty poor advice.)0 -
They know I exercise0

Are you using the calorie goal from MFP or did your nutritionist give you a calorie goal factoring in your exercise?0

I'm using a calorie goal from my nutritionist. 1500 a day.0
