    Its amazing how easy it is to focus on that fat around the belly, legs ect ect and then when you start to loose it you also start to notice other spots you were storing fat.
    I have reached my goal weight and only had to loose 7kg (15-16pounds) to achieve it (I have stretched it a little more as Im enjoying the challenge:-) ). while doing so I was so focused on my waist it wasn't until i saw people who hadn't seen me for a few weeks that they all comment on my face. It was the last thing I was thinking was going to change especially as I wasn't aiming for large numbers.
