I normally go over on protein and I don't really know if its a problem. When you have calories left over try eating some almonds or other nuts because they are high in calories, but still good for you. Emerald nuts has cocoa roast almonds. Only 150 calories for 21 almonds, that give you a healthy snack and a little nibble of chocolate!0

Over on preotein is not always a bad thing!0

Going over your protein is not a bad thing I think most people do, its set low . Add Sodium to your diary that is one to watch you can add that under settings.0

Can't see your diary so no suggestions there. Going over on protien is ok. Protein helps keep you full so your not starving so its not a bad thing.0

I dont think being over on protein is such a terrible thing. You might want to add things like nuts, peanut butter, and avocado as things that are good for you and will help increase your calories. Make sure that you watch sodium content, that's a big one that you don't want to be over on, and drink lots of water.0

You should be eating 1gram of protein for every pound. but at least 100grams per day. Add health fats where ever you can avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, coconut milk, mix raw nut, nut butters, cheese, butter (it's better for you I promise) ect...
For example I make tuna salad with tuna 1/2 tsp mayo and half an avocado. I cook with coconut oil when I "pan fry" so to speak. I use coconut milk when I do my protein shake. You can also change you daily needs of carbs, fat, and protein. I set mine for my personal goals.0
