Tried many diets, hoping this one can help!

Hello,
I'm new to my fitness pal. I've tried many diets and exercise classes to lose weight but for some reason have struggled to find something that works for me.
I have about 1.5 stone to lose. Over the past few weeks I joined slimming world but struggled. I think mainly because they focus on cutting out all fats and eating more carbs. I do not think this works for me. Because I didn't do well, I just gave up in frustration. This weekend I've binged so badly that the 2.5lbs I lost in 4 weeks has all come back.
I'm so upset with myself that I need to start afresh with a new approach.
Hoping this platform can help me and keep me motivated and above all, suit my body!
Looking forward to starting.

it definitely will if you stick to it, buy yourself a food scale. Calorie counting works for anyone that commits to it. Best part is you don't need to eliminate anything specific as long as it is within your calorie goal for the day.0
