New to myfitnesspal

Hi my name is kristina, i just joined my fitnesspal about a week ago. Im trying to get into shape and lose some extra body fat. Ive done dieting and exercising in the past, and i think that it is to hard to do and i quit. But not this time im tired of feeling sorry for myself, and be disgusted with myself. Im doing the low calorie diet only allowing myself 1300 calories a day. And myfitnesspal has been a big help in helping me keep up with my calories....

    Hows the weight loss journey going for you all? ive lost 4 pounds now in almost a month. Its going slower than what I would like but I can complain I guess.
