    Hello you guys!!! I would really love to be part of this team. Can I please join you? Recently I even went to a nutritionist to lose weight. I couldn't stick with a diet... Today at work three of my colleagues told me I gained weight. I know it came from a good heart. But it hurts... My clothes don't fit me anymore. I feel sad... So sad that even food can't make me happy anymore. So here I am!!!!

    Hi Cherry, welcome!

    This is how you fix your sadness problem...

    1. Set a small, totally do-able goal!
    2. Meet that goal, because you are worth the trouble!
    3. Throw a happy dance party for yourself.
    4. Repeat as often as necessary til you reach a larger goal.
    5. Throw an even bigger party for yourself!
    6. Repeat til you reach your biggest goal.

    I've happy danced my way to 108 pounds down, 42 to go.

    I was unavailable to post for a few weeks, but here are my weights for those days. I moved a household last week, ate terribly and didn't do my normal exercise routine, but still lost! Must have been all that heavy lifting! I moved the furniture in three upstairs bedrooms with my husband while carrying a one year old on my back!

    Goal loss 1.2 lbs per week

    *Went off blood pressure meds, gained 6 pounds of water wieght. Started on a new diuretic to tweek my blood pressure which was on the high side of normal. And now I'm back where I expected to be with normal blood pressure.

    It's been a very bizarre couple of weeks but I just stayed with my program and now things are starting to get back to normal. I feel great and that's the most important thing!
