In 2011-12, I lost 81 pounds from 331 to 250. (I am 6 feet tall). Then dad became terminally I'll and I took care of him, I had an unplanned pregnancy, gave birth, dad died (2015). I am now ready to take my life back. Happily married, two teens and a one year old. Very busy life. Looking for a few Female health buddies to cheer each other on.

I lost 50, gained 10, lost 20 and now gained back 10 over 5 years, I'm getting on track and going for shedding 35 lbs. I have two teenagers that schedules are very busy but time to make time for me.0
