Hi! I'm a busy, professional Mom working full time with 3 toddlers. I've battled my weight my entire life, but after I had my twins over two years ago, I steadily began gaining, and I have drastically changed my diet, but I'm still not losing. I'm at or above the weight I was at when I was pregnant with TWINS! I try really hard to feed my family whole, unprocessed foods, but I recently saw a doctor who recommended that I try a paleo diet to restart my gut and other body systems, and after a blood test for me and my kids, she recommended a gluten-free, dairy-free diet even for the kids (ages 3, 2, and 2). I'm really having a hard time getting started on these diets. I feel that gluten free foods are often laden with processed ingredients, and it's hard to find whole, gluten free foods that toddlers want to eat... Please advise if you have found things that work for you and your family. I'm particularly interested in easy, quick recipes, as I really hate planning for and preparing meals that are time consuming.
Thank you!!!!!!!!

Well i can't really relate to a family personally, however working hours a week and going to school full time it can be a struggle to get the right meals in as well. What i do is meal prep. I pick a day off and premake my meals. Usually 3 a day while I'm at work that consists of chicken and rice. Sometimes veggies. I just crockpot the chicken overnight with some seasoning, premake a big batch of rice and im good to go. It has made my life so much easier and i got down 40lbs in 4 months that way with a little bit of cardio about 3 times a week 30mins a day on a stairmaster
